Storm Damage – Atlanta
Storm damage ripped large sections of the roof from this Atlanta medical facility which led to flooding throughout the 18,000 square foot facility. SERVPRO was first called in during the storm to place tarps on the damaged sections of roofing. Once the tarping was completed, we moved to the process of extracting all of the water. The water damage clean up was quite a jog. We used commercial truck mounted extraction equipment to remove the water. The subflooring had become to moisture laden to save the surface flooring. The only way to effectively dry the subfloor was to tear out the surface flooring and dispose of it.
